During the final webinar of our Community-Driven Innovation: Shifting Power, Solving Problems webinar series, local community partners shared their experience developing and testing a tool to improve the equitable and inclusive integration of promotoras at a hospital. During this facilitated discussion, which features a promotora, community-based organization leader, and hospital champion, panelists highlighted an opportunity for community-driven innovation, shared lessons learned from designing and testing this tool, and described the impact of shifting power on community health outcomes.
